Hello, welcome to my imagination! My name is Nicole Akumu Ahwori also known as Nicolahs Art, an artist from Nairobi, Kenya. This is my official website where I am glad to be sharing my art dreams, projects and my art journey.

I have been doing art ever since I was a child. It has always been a part of me and my dream to create art and be an artist by profession. This however, was reinforced by a visit to the GoDown art Centre on a short class trip while in secondary school. I remember going into various artist studios and seeing how they work and how peaceful and passionate they were while in the process and decided no matter what happens in the end, I will always be an artist and I cannot believe that I am living this dream even though I envisioned it!

 

In 2016, I decided to branch into different niches such as; dotillism(art with dots), abstract linear art and geometric art. I started as a mandala artist and built my brand to what it is now. I not only do mandala art, but patterns as well. I find so much joy, peace and heaven in the process. It has been quite a journey, and I hope to one day learn to draw people and combine it with my art style, to see what amazing things can flow from my mind, and onto my hand. So join me while I try to bring this dream into a reality!
